Special Message from Paige Stuart

The phrase “toxic positivity” refers to the concept that keeping only positive thoughts and feelings, and rejecting anything that may trigger negative emotions is the “right” way to live your life.

Maintaining a positive attitude during adversity can be beneficial, as long as negative feelings are not ignored or repressed.

When you deny or avoid unpleasant emotions, you make them bigger. Which can lead to emotional health consequences later on.

We have been taught to cover up our emotions and feelings with phrases like “brighter days are ahead”, “it could be worse”, “good vibes only” – to name a few.

Join Paige Stuart as she unpacks how processing ALL emotions can promote resilience and a deeper connection with yourself and others. Your feelings are not wrong. Give yourself permission to lean in and feel them all. They are there for a reason. The time is now to lean in and listen so that you can find the inner peace, freedom, and healing that you are seeking. You are worthy of it all.

This workshop will allow you to :

Recognize common phrases of toxic positivity and how they show up in your life.

Establish healing patterns to process and release emotions as they happen.

Provide yourself freedom from making the same ill-advised choices over and over.

This will be a powerful, life changing workshop for you if you allow it to be. We can’t wait for you to join us!
